Our Story

Starting in 2017, the inspiration for Impressium came when we were looking for a poster of Copernicus’ heliocentric model of the solar system.

When we could not find anything that captured and honoured the true revolutionary value of that work we asked Graham if he could make a letterpress print of it.

When we felt the notable effect the print had on us and others, the rest was, literally, history.

The idea that we could bring historical works back to life through the art of letterpress printing was born and we continue striving to develop a range of products and designs you will love.
