How long does it take an order to be processed? 

  • All in stock orders are processed within 14 business days. 
  • Pre-orders are processed within 28 business days unless otherwise stipulated


How much does shipping cost?

NZ

  • Shipping is a flat $30 NZ wide. 
  • Free shipping on orders with three or more products in one order within NZ.

Rest of World

  • Shipping is a flat $150

  • Auckland New Zealand

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within New Zealand.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Standard shipping takes 7-10 working days, can vary depending on destination country.


Tracking your order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.
  • Please note that Impressium is not liable for any delays that occur during the transit of your order


Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address update and order cancellations are only possible if your order has not been processed yet. Please email us as soon as possible for such requests.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.


Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully when ordering.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our customer service team immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will be in touch to help resolve the issue.
